About

Don Orlando coffee originates from the heart of the Colombian coffee region: the municipality of Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca. Its excellent quality results from optimal climatic and soil conditions added to a rigorous process of selection and handling of the grain from its harvest to its final packaging. The grains are harvested when ripe.

After a selection of floats, it is pulped and subjected to prolonged fermentation. It is then washed and dried in the sun, a stage that takes approximately two weeks, and then left to rest before roasting begins.

Each stage of the coffee process is in the hands of professionals with great experience and knowledge of their trade. Hand in hand with different coffee growers in the region, we want to consolidate sustainable, ethical, productive, and environmentally friendly coffee growing in the heart of the Colombian coffee region. We are convinced that this is the best way to bring well-being to small producers, their families, and their communities. Don Orlando coffee seeks to promote the consumption of the best traditional and unique coffee in the coffee region.

With Don Orlando coffee, we want to pay tribute to the memory of our father, Orlando Rojas; to his example of life, to his inspiration…, thank you, Dad.
